Q. Can I buy directly from www.ricoUK.com or Barnes & Mullins?
A. No, I’m afraid you can’t buy direct. There are a network of independent music stores across the UK who stock good levels of Rico products. You can find your local Rico retailer here.
Q. How can I become a retailer of Rico Products?
A. Registered UK / Irish music stores can apply for a trade account with Barnes and Mullins Ltd in order to buy and stock Rico Reeds and Accessories. Our terms and conditions state that only physical retail stores – i.e. those with retail showrooms – can obtain trade account status. We do not trade with Internet-only retailers. Q. Artist Endorsements.
A. We are asked many times every day about artist endorsements, and as I’m sure you will understand, we are not able to offer endorsements to all. If you would like to enquire - or if you are a Rico user already - please use the contact form below. Our Artist Liaison will answer your query as soon as possible.
Q. Can I be a international distributor for Rico Reeds and Accessories?
A. As we are only the UK Distributor for Rico Reeds, we cannot appoint international distributors. Please contact Rico's parent company in the USA, D'Addario. You can find them through www.ricoreeds.com

Q. Warranty Claims / Faulty Goods.
A. Barnes & Mullins can only answer queries relating to products purchased in the UK.
As with all retail purchases, your contract of sale is directly with the store that you purchased the product from. So, in the event of a warranty claim, you should contact your local main dealer – preferably the retailer from which you bought the product. To claim under warranty, you will need a copy of your original purchase receipt.
